WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
If you have bought a product from us, you have the right to a good product at all times, provided that you normally use the product properly. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will fully comply with our statutory guarantee. You should therefore contact us within two months of discovering the defect.
After your notification, we will immediately check whether we can simply repair the defect or whether we can replace the product and / or defective parts. If this is not possible in general or in a short period of time, we offer you the option of terminating the contract. You will then be reimbursed the purchase price.
Further manufacturer guarantee
Some of our products come with an extended warranty. If you would like more information about this guarantee, send us an email and we will send you additional information immediately. This guarantee is of course in addition to the statutory warranty provisions that we meet as described above. We therefore advise you to contact us first in the event of a complaint. We ensure that the repair of the products is carried out correctly.
This guarantee only applies to the used parts we offer. The standard warranty for these items is three months.
The guarantee on the engine and / or the gearbox is three months, provided it can be proven that they have been used by a certified workshop.
Unless otherwise agreed, checked parts are guaranteed for 24 months.

Put a stamp on the package and enclose the receipt so that we can reimburse you for the amount. japotoparts.com will also bear the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product. If the product is not correct due to our errors, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
