Return Procedure & Cancellation

We request that you report this return within 14 days (after receipt) via info@japoto.nl. You can also inform us in another way within this period that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The costs for return shipment are for your own account. For this you can use the service of Post NL or DHL.

We request that you mention the following in your message:


- Name
- Invoice number or order number
- Your email address
- Reason of return
- Any comments

Your return request will be processed by our customer service. You will be notified by e-mail. This email contains the next steps for handling your return.

If you do more than just assess and that this results in damage to the product, you will be held liable for the value reduction of the purchased product.

Reimbursement will be reimbursed by the same payment method.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including the standard forwarding costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if withdrawal is reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can fill in the form in the confirmation email (you will receive it immediately after placing an order) and email it to info@japoto.nl. We will then refund the order amount due as soon as possible within 14 days after registration of your return.
